Aspen Creek is divided into two neighborhoods: The first features
single family homes ranging in price
from the $170's to approx $250,000. These homes come in a variety
of designs including 2 story and the popular split levels.
They may have 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2-3.5 baths, 2 or 3 car garages and
daylite or walkout basements. Custom plans are available for 1.5 story and ranch homes.
Available lots include those in cul-de-sacs, corners and extra deep
lots. Some accomodate
walkout or daylite basements. Virtually all lots will accommodate
a third car garage.

Custom homebuilding is an option. Your plan or ours, and outside builders are welcome with developer approval.
When completed, Aspen Creek will have 230 single family homes. We
are building in phase 4 of 5 planned phases. Amenities include a

the city hike and bike trail borders our neighborhood.
The second Aspen Creek neighborhood is our exclusive townhome
community called the Meadows of Aspen Creek.
This neighborhood combines the convenience of maintenance provided

and all homes will have generously sized yards. The townhomes are
attached in two's, come with mainenance-free vinyl siding, and the
area will be secured by a perimeter fence. When complete, there

The highly rated Gardner School District, USD 231, has met a goal in 2005 to modernize & upgrade several existing schools and to construct
a new middle school. Elementary school students now attend Nike Elementary.
