Aspen Creek Construction, LLC & Aspen Creek Development, LLC are comprised of four of the Hoelting brothers and Jerry Jones as the managing partner.
The "Hoelting" family has been in the construction business for well over 50 years, now having three generations of builders in the family. Aspen Creek Construction and Aspen Creek Development are made up of Mark, Tim, Dave, and Dick Hoelting.
They have won numerous "pick of the parade" awards from the Home Builders Association (HBA).
Jerry Jones has been in the building industry for nearly 30 years and is building in metropolitan area neighborhoods ranging from the $150's to mid $300's. He also builds and develops under his own company, Heartland Investments, LLC.

Mike Fromholtz is a life-long resident of Shawnee, KS., and has been a homebuilder for eight years. A small volume builder, he takes a "hands-on" approach-- meeting personally with homebuyers, working side-by-side with the architect, and doing the punch list walk-thrus and warranty calls himself. His top priorities are quality and homeowner satisfaction. Mike has worked exclusively in Hoelting communities in Shawnee and Gardner.
All of our builders are members of the Home Builders Association. They enter their homes in the "Spring Tour" and "Parade of Homes"; and they consistently win awards for unique design and quality construction.
